When working with an individual or a small team, we may wish to brainstorm and collaborate during the session. To enable us to do this remotely, I use concept boards alongside zoom. In a zoom meeting, I will send you a URL to the concept board that has been set up for the session. You are then able to login in to the concept board as a guest, allowing us to work collaboratively. At the end of the session, the information is sent to you as a collection of PDF documents for on screen reference and easy printing. We can re-open a board if we wish to work on it again at any point. This software is not used in every session, but it provides greater flexibility for teamwork. We can also dip in and out of using the package during our meetings.
