Teaching and school leadership is complex and multifaceted and if we are to create excellent schools we need excellent continuous professional development. I specialise in offering teacher CPD and leadership CPD, providing a suite of training courses designed to enhance leadership development and improve academic outcomes.

I offer a range of central courses, a cornerstone for teacher cpd and leadership cpd, each year that enable colleagues to come together from a range of schools to train, to think, to share practice, to access research, to make improvements. These are delivered via zoom in small groups.
