Design your own leadership training package

If you are based in Yorkshire, face-to-face and blended options can be utilised to create your own bespoke leadership CPD package.  Training can be designed for DHT & AHTs, subject leader and phases leaders in your school or MAT, or across schools.  You can also add coaching to the programme, helping to blend together theory and practice.  Having worked with many senior and middle leaders, colleagues really appreciate the time to discuss their vision and action plans and to reflect on developments that are specific to their subject or phase. Phase leaders value considering how they fit into the bigger picture and examining how their contributions can make a significant difference to school culture, standards and achieving whole school goals. Create a subject leader training programme by selecting from a range of leadership modules, or set your own leadership objectives and Vicky will design a course to match your needs.  

Strategic leadership for teams

There are two options: 1) Facilitation for schools seeking a strategic thinking 'away day', helping leaders to assess the current situation, set out priorities and consider the actions needed to bring about improvement; 2) Training aimed at growing the strategic skillset of the whole senior leadership team over a series of half-day training events.  Both these can be provided for your school.  For HT/DHTS interested in one-to-one development, a blended coaching / professional dialogue approach can also be provided.
